Franklin junior Andrew Moore passed for a career-high 256 yards in Friday’s 29-23 loss at Pisgah, enough to go over the 1,000-yard mark for the first time.
Moore (1,020 yards and five touchdowns with five interceptions) has spread the ball around to Jordin Nugent (28 receptions for 363 yards), Bailey Watts (27 receptions for 370 yards and one touchdown) and Brock Kloeppel (nine receptions for 170 yards and two touchdowns).
The Panthers (2-4, 0-2) are home Friday against Cowee Mountain rival Smoky Mountain (5-1, 1-1).
