8:32: Another good run by Shimshock. Shot by her is just barely deflected. Corner kick coming.
8:29: Shot off the post for the Rockets – no goal though.
8:24: Nearly a fifth goal Roberson. Caroline Hemphill just hit a shot that glanced off the post.
8:22: Good offensive series for the Rockets, but no goal.
8:17: Only 14 minutes to go. Rams still in complete control.
8:12: GOAL ROBERSON. Alex Mahoney finishes off a perfect one-timer from Amanda Pritchard from point-blank range. There is only 19:35 left to play.
8:08: Good long run by the Rockets’ Christina Shimshock, but she can’t finish.
8:04: Time running out for Reynolds to get back into the game. Possession has been about 50-50 here in the second half, but the clock is on Roberson’s side obviously.
7:58: Still a very one-sided game in terms of possession and scoring opportunities.
7:51: Right off the bat, Roberson threatens in the first 30 seconds of the second half. Mary Laci Motley’s shot is wide left but had some power behind it.
7:43: A reminder that neither team in this game has lost yet in the Mountain Athletic Conference, so the winner takes the overall lead in the 3-A/4-A league.

7:36: Two more shots by Kennedy Rucker and Mary Laci Motley for Roberson. Both required some action out of Rockets’ keeper Brooke Reaves. Only 1:00 to go in the first half.

7:29: Breakaway by Reynolds’ Pali Smith, also stopped by Roberson.
7:28: Long free kick by the Rockets’ Katie Kearns (about 36 yards out) but it’s wide left. Still no score for Reynolds.
7:24: Back line for Roberson continues to snuff out scoring opportunities.
7:22: GOAL ROBERSON. Caroline Hemphill lofts a ball into the net to give the Rams a commanding 3-0 lead. There is 16:29 to go in the first half.
7:19: Still nothing doing for Reynolds. Rockets do not have a shot on frame yet and there is 17:40 to go in the first half.
7:12: Rams continue to put the pressure on. They have the lead and a big edge in possession.

7:01: GOAL ROBERSON. Mary Laci Motley tracks down a long ball on the outer-right edge of the box and slides it past Rockets keeper Brooke Reaves with a shot to the far post. Goal came just 4:01 into the game.
