Tuscola senior Cora Dodson has committed to swim in college for Lenoir-Rhyne.
Dodson was an All-Western North Carolina Athletic Conference selection for the Mountaineers this past season with personal records of 1 minute, 4.79 seconds for the 100-yard backstroke and 5:43.40 for the 500-yard freestyle. She placed in the top-15 in both events at the 3-A Western Regional meet and was 11th overall in the Ironman.
Tuscola plans to hold a signing ceremony for Dodson next month.
