Enka and Brevard will have to wait out the weekend to play their NCHSAA softball playoff games.
The defending 3-A state champion Sugar Jets (21-3) and 2-A Blue Devils (16-10) are both on the road for the fourth round and each of their games was rained out Saturday.
Enka will now travel to South Point (21-1) on Monday at 6 p.m. That is the same date and time for the game between Brevard and homestanding West Lincoln (22-1).
The winners advance to play in next week’s best-of-three Western Regional championship series.
