Avery County boys basketball coach Scott Polsgrove has resigned to become the new men’s coach at Eastern Nazarene College (Mass.).
Polsgrove compiled a 85-33 in four seasons with the Vikings, including a 26-4 mark with Western Highlands Conference regular-season and tournament championships last winter.
Prior to that he had been the coach at Lees-McRae for six years.
