The Furman United Soccer Club 99G Purple soccer team

The Furman United Soccer Club 99G Purple soccer team is based out of Hendersonville. All but one player lives in Henderson County and the team has players from East Henderson, West Henderson, Brevard and Hendersonville High Schools, as well as homeschoolers. The Furman 99G Purple won the South Carolina U16 Presidents Medal Cup in December of 2015. The team is traveling to College Station, TX to compete in the Region III Presidents Cup June 14 -19. The Furman ladies will represent South Carolina. The team will play North Texas on Wednesday, Arkansas on Thursday and Tennessee on Friday. The semifinal is Saturday and final is Sunday.
