Recent Murphy graduate Harrison Duncan was named to the all-tournament team following the 18U Baseball Championship Series Finals held June 10-16 in Fort Myers, Fla.
Duncan appeared in two games for Team Elite Prime (Ga.) and pitched 5.1 scoreless innings. The right-hander had one win and a save. Along with a flat 0.00 earned-run average, Duncan struck out five batters and walked none.
As a senior, Duncan was 3-1 for the Smoky Mountain Conference champion Bulldogs (20-7) with a 2.76 earned-run average and 31 strikeouts in 38 innings pitched.
