Madison senior Colby Edwards’ versatility and production are running neck-and-neck this football season.
Edwards has given the Patriots (3-4, 0-2) more than 2,000 yards of offense and in three different categories. After Friday’s 66-31 loss at Hendersonville, the quarterback has 1,355 passing yards, 619 rushing and 30 receiving. He has a touchdown in each as well – 12 passing, 10 rushing and one receiving.
Madison has an open date next week before hosting Owen on Oct. 14.
