Tuscola seniors Zach Webster (12) and Jordan Davis (63) will sign to play college football for Carson-Newman on Wednesday.
Carson-Newman (Tenn.) is getting not one, but two of Tuscola’s best football players.
Mountaineers coach Tommy Pursley said that lineman Jordan Davis has decided to join quarterback/defensive back Zach Webster and sign with the Eagles on Wednesday.
Both seniors were All-Western North Carolina Athletic Conference selections for the Mountaineers (7-5) in 2015. Davis is a 6-foot-1, 293 pound guard/defensive tackle.
