Pisgah senior Nick Boone has signed to play college golf for Mars Hill.
Boone is the No. 1 player for the Black Bears who are currently sixth in the Western North Carolina Athletic Conference tournament (737) heading into Tuesday’s third and final round at Connestee Falls Golf Club in Brevard.
Boone has shot individual scores of 83 and 79 so far in the tournament.
