The Western North Carolina Royals seventh-grade basketball team and coaches.
The Western North Carolina Lady Royals seventh-grade basketball team followed up one big tournament win with another last weekend.
The Royals were the victors at the Under Armour state championship tourney held Friday through Sunday in Greensboro. They also brought home a trophy from the Basketball of the Carolinas state qualifier which was April 15-17 in Mount Airy.
