Erwin football is celebrating the start of a new season Tuesday with a two-hour fanfest at the high school.
Fans have a chance to meet the players from 5 to 7 p.m., as well as take part in games, auctions and raffles. Erwin Youth League and middle school players as well as cheerleaders will be recognized.
Hamburgers and hot dogs will be sold. Erwin merchandise will also be available for purchase.
Admission is $1 or free for players and cheerleaders who wear their uniforms.
